How do I schedule a new appointment?

To schedule a new appointment, either [download](https://carbonhealth.com/download) and open the Carbon Health app or visit our [homepage](https://carbonhealth.com). If booking through our app, tap "Get Care." If booking on our website, select "Primary Care," "Urgent Care," or "Virtual Care" and click "Book an Appointment."

Are walk-ins available?

Walk-ins are welcome at our urgent care clinics, depending on availability.  To find a location close to you, please visit [carbonhealth.com/locations](https://carbonhealth.com/locations), or [download](https://carbonhealth.com/download) and open the Carbon Health app.

Question 3

I'm running late to my appointment. Can I still be seen?

Accepted Answer

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an urgent care clinic or 10 minutes late to a primary care clinic, your appointment will be canceled. If you show up after your appointment time, the clinic may still be able to see you; however, you will likely have to wait to be seen by a provider.

How can I access my test results?

You can access your test results by logging in to your account on our [homepage](https://carbonhealth.com) or through the Carbon Health app ([carbonhealth.com/download](https://carbonhealth.com/download)), navigating to "My Health," and then clicking "Lab Results."
